Automotive Front Design
This innovative concept was awarded in the "Excellent Product Design - Automotive Parts and Accessories" category. The front panel, which is over one meter wide, is produced and decorated in a single work step using in-mold decoration (IMD). Laser engraving allows the radar/LiDAR-transparent panel being backlit.

Automotive Rear End Cover
KURZ impressed the IMDA (In-Mold Decorating Association, USA) jury for the third time with the immediately installable rear end cover, which was produced using the innovative 2K-IMD process. The backlit component received an "Honorable Mention" and scored points with numerous design options in which light plays a central role.

HMI-Panel by Leonhard KURZ and Swarovski Mobility
The HMI (Human Machine Interface) Smart Crystal Panel for the vehicle interior won the "Special Mention" award in the category "Mobility & Innovation – Smart & Digital". It was developed in cooperation with Swarovski Mobility and the KURZ subsidiaries BURG DESIGN and POLYIC.
